Old Lion Cottage - Rental Rates 2023/2024
Our changeover days are flexible and short breaks with a minimum stay of 3 nights are welcome.
Rental rates are for the entire property.
Prices include
- Welcome pack
- Household linen and towels
- Normal use of electricity and heating oil
- One basket of logs for the wood-burner in winter

Payments
A holding deposit equivalent to 25% of the rental price is required to reserve a stay. The deposit will be refunded if you cancel more than 60 days before the start of your holiday. The balance will be due 42 days prior to your holiday start date.
Security deposit
A security deposit of £150 is required and should be paid at least 3 days before your rental start date. This will be refunded within seven days of your departure as per our booking terms and conditions.
Privacy policy
We do not store your financial details, and will not pass your personal information to anyone else.
